PRINTING

There are many standard sizes or you can have a custom size; there are really no limitations.

Size depends on the amount of data you need to display and your distribution technique:

• Single or double sided print on paper or card stocks
• Different sizing options such as A3, A4, A5, DL, A6
• Folded, flat, scored, collated and/or saddle stitched
• Matt or Gloss cello glazing
• Spot UV coating, perforations for coupons

Our printing and bindery facilities are in-house, resulting in an incredibly fast turn around time.

The most popular brochures are:

A3 brochures can be printed as A3 or folded to A4, A5, DL or A6. The size before folding is 297 x 420mm. The choice of stock for your brochures is an important consideration. 

We are able to recommend a range of stocks depending on your target market and the impression you wish to create - just ask. 

Various options or choices include:

• type of paper - matt, gloss, uncoated, recycled
• weight of the paper - thin for mailing, or thicker for a quality look and feel
• finishing touches such as varnish and spot varnish
• If it is being folded it may be best to score it on the fold line to prevent cracking

A4 brochures

A4 brochures are very popular; they are easy to mail out and display, versatile in printing options and relatively economical to print. The flat size is 297 x 210mm. 

We print standard A4 brochures (despatched flat or folded to A5 or DL) printed on 150 gsm gloss or matt stock, twice a week in our gang print run, with the finished product despatched the following day.

For brochures that need to be printed on different stock or have a different finish we will run the job by itself to achieve your desired finish.

DL brochures

DL brochures are very popular and are a cost effective way to get your message to your client. Size is 100 x 210mm

• very economical print runs
• easy to mail out in DL envelopes
• ideal insert in existing brochures
• little display area used

We print DL brochures on 150gsm twice a week and on 310gsm once a week. Product ready for despatch the day after print run.

A5 brochures

A5 brochures or flyers are just as effective as A4 and A3 and are often used for a different market group or market purpose than the A4's and A3's . The flat size is 210 x 148mm. 

We print standard A5 flyers printed on 150 gsm gloss or satin stock, two times a week and the finished product will is despatched the following day.
