Everybody uses different programs on different systems; we have different settings to process your print job. The easiest way to send files is to use pdf files. They hold the fonts*, links and colour, and the file size is small, making it easy to upload the files on our website. The important point here is, if you are not an expert or are uncertain of anything, please ask us, we are here to help and ensure your job exceeds your expectations.
How to set up pdf files?
You will need Adobe Acrobat 4.0 (or higher) and our Lotsa Distiller job options. The Distiller Job Options can be downloaded from the links below. Please note that there are different versions for Mac and PC (if you are are using a diffferent program to create pdfs, please contact us for more information on how to setup your files).

How to download and install the distiller job options?
Save the "job options" file to
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat\Distillr\Settings
(where C is the drive where the programs are installed). You can double check if this is the correct folder by taking note of other Job Option files in that folder (e.g. "Print.joboptions", "High Quality.joboptions" etc.).
How to use the settings?
When you open Acrobat Distiller, you will have a "Lotsa Windows" heading in the Adobe PDF Settings drop down menu. Select this option when you drag your postscript file into the Distiller. It will now create a pdf exactly to our settings.
